LULUS ruffle top (similar here) | H&M denim skirt | SAM EDELMAN bay sandals | LULUS straw bag (similar here) | MEJURI zodiac necklace
We all have those pieces that we keep at the front of our closet because we're obsessed and can't stop wearing them. When you combine them all into one outfit, amazing things happen (not really lol). This is what I came up with when I did just that. The top and skirt are both new. (I found a super similar version here and its cheaper too!) I love the ruffles on this top because it contrasts with the distressed denim on the skirt for a more feminine and flirty vibe. The denim skirt was a lucky find at H&M. There was only a few left and one in my size so I knew it was meant to be. The day I bought it I checked online and they were all sold out but JUST checked and they restocked it in all sizes so if you want it get it quick before it sells out again.
Also I wanted to quickly mention that the sandals I'm wearing have been one of my most popular items over the last couple of weeks. For good reason though, they are great quality Hermes dupe for under $100 (I know you've seen the Oran sandal all over Instagram, if you haven't read this post). I can't recommend them enough.
That's all for today! Thank you for reading! Xx
GRANA silk ankle pants | FOREVER 21 tie top | LULUS straw bag | MADEWELL lace-up sandals | MEJURI zodiac necklace
The only pants I want to wear for summer are these silk ankle pants from Grana. They are lightweight, soft, and adjust to my body temp to keep me feeling cool. (I already own 4 of their silk camisoles, I just needed the pants to complete the outfit lol.) Now, I'd much rather wear denim shorts all summer long but sometimes you have to get a little dressed up and these are the pants for that. My style is casual all year long but if I needed to I could dress these up with a silk cami/blouse and heels and I'd be ready to tackle some meetings.
I took my best guess with sizing and ordered an XS short. I wanted the fit to be more snug than loose and I wanted a true ankle pant. I got just what I wanted... They are fitted but with a good amount of breathing room and they hit right above my ankle. Like I mentioned before, the material is a super soft crepe de chine. The quality is exceptional for the price, just like all the other grana pieces I own. In case you're wondering these are fully lined and they have pockets. Need I say more?
PS I know this is a review on their silk pants but their thongs are a m a z i n g. You need them in your life, trust.

LA HEARTS top | LEVIS 501 jeans | TARGET sandals | FOREVER 21 circle straw bag- sold out (similar here) | Mejuri necklace
I've just discovered the brand LA Hearts and now I want everything! It's trendy but super budget-friendly, most things are under $50. Go take a peek, I promise you'll love their stuff as much as me. This striped embroidered top is from them and it's so darn cute! It's actually one of my most popular items last week on my LIKEtoKNOW.it. I wore it with my all-time favorite jeans (I found my exact jeans in stock in most sizes HERE).
I've been experimenting with my hair ever since I cut it last month. I'm still using my Virtue hair products (which have done wonders on my hair) and I've recently started using a few Ouai products. I bought this hair straightener from Amazon that I've been using along with my curling wand and I think I finally have my routine down pat. The only thing I'm missing is a good heat protectant if you guys know of a good one please let me know!

Meet my go-to summer sandal. It's comfortable, stylish, and super affordable. It's everything I was looking for and more. Last year I bought a super similar pair from Steve Madden and while I love those, they just aren't practical for daily life. These still have the same look but with a much smaller heel and the best part is they're only $32 and they come in lots of neutral colors. I wore them last weekend with my new red top I found at Pacsun. It has the cutest ties on the shoulders and has a boxy fit which looks so chic for summer.
