I first discovered my love for Living Libations back in 2015 when I placed my first order of their happy gum drops. After that the rest is history... lol, no really, I was hooked. My mom even tried the gum drops and ordered one of their oral care kits a few weeks later.
Fast forward to 2019 and I wanted to repurchase some of my favorites as well as try a couple new products. I ordered the neem enamelizer, happy gum drops, poetic pits underarm charm
(roll-on & cream version), and seabuckthorn best skin ever.

If there's one product that they're known for, it's this. I've heard nothing but amazing things about this oil. It can be used as an oil cleanser or to moisturize your skin. I've used it both ways and prefer it as a face oil. It smells wonderful and really keeps any dry patches away. I was really hoping to use it to remove my makeup but it's different from all the oil cleansers I've used because it doesn't lather when I mix with water. I think this one is meant to be used with a washcloth so I'll have to try it that way and report back.
I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with this product. I tried the rose poetic pits years ago and it was the best deodorant I had EVER tried. It's essentially pure undiluted essential oils in a tiny rollerball. One swipe under each arm literally keeps you smelling good all day. It actually works with your body's own scent to keep your underarms smelling good. It's like magic. I highly recommend the rose, it's divine. The classic is also good but I don't enjoy the scent as much.
Now on to why I hate it. Like I mentioned before, it's pure undiluted essential oils so it gave me the worst underarm rash of my life. This is probably because I was stubborn and loved how well it worked so I refused to stop using it lol. I had been on a journey to find a natural deodorant that worked so I was used to getting itchy underarms and rashes but none were ever as bad as with this one. Anyways, I don't mean to put you off of trying it out. It really works so well, just make sure to test it on your skin first. I had almost the whole bottle of poetic pits left and ended up giving it to my cousin who absolutely loved it and had no reaction to it whatsoever.
I bought two this time, the rose to gift to my cousin and the classic is a different blend so I'm hoping my skin won't react to it. Right now I'm using the cream version so I'll try this one later and keep you guys posted.
The bottles are tiny but mighty. They last a while since all you need is one swipe. I also love that the rollerball is now a crystal, it used to be a metal rollerball. The rose has a rose quartz rollerball and the classic has an aventurine rollerball. They have tons of scents to choose from too depending on what you like.
This is supposed to be the gentler version of the original poetic pits because it's a cream version made with jojoba, beeswax, baking soda, kaolin clay, and arrowroot. This is the one I'm currently using right now. It's only been a few days but so far so good. It's much gentler and I love how creamy it is. It's not hard or grainy like other natural deodorants I've tried. I love the little glass jar it comes in. It's small enough that I can carry it with me for touch-ups.
The first day I used it it worked amazingly well and my underarms surprisingly smelled good at the end of the day. On the second and third day, it didn't hold up as well and definitely could smell signs of B.O. coming through at the end of the day (which happens with all deodorants I've ever used). But I think I also applied a lot less on those days. I'm still getting the hang of it but so far so good. Also, I'm being cautious and moisturizing my underarms after every shower so that I hopefully don't get a rash since my underarms are so sensitive to natural deodorants.
The petal scent smells so good and blends with my body's natural scent so well. I actually think I like it slightly more than the rose.
♥ HAPPY GUM DROPS ♥
This was the first product I tried from them and it's one that I use almost every day. It's great to massage on gums if they're irritated, to freshen breath, mix with water and use as a mouthwash, a drop on your dental floss to make your teeth feel extra clean, so many uses! I've used it on pimples and they go away almost immediately and I also used it when I had extractions to help my gums heal faster.
♥ NEEM ENAMELIZER ♥
Their oral care is my favorite because it just works so well to give you fresh breath and the cleanest teeth ever. I use this as my toothpaste. All you need is one drop on your toothbrush and it lathers really well to give you the smoothest & cleanest teeth. At first, it tastes like cinnamon and near the end it tastes soapy, not the best taste but I love that it keeps my mouth so healthy. This one contains neem and coconut oils so it tends to thicken if it's too cold but I just shake it up or warm it up under warm water. I've tried their toothpaste that comes in little glass jars and they work really well too and definitely taste better but I prefer this because it feels like it lasts longer.
Final thoughts: I love all the products I've tried from them. They all work really well and everything from the actual product to the packaging feels beautifully crafted and high quality.
I usually order from their website livinglibations.com but they're on Amazon too (and come with prime shipping!). A few years ago their shipping took really long but it's a lot quicker now. I think it took a week or so maybe more (it ships from Canada). It's not the fastest so I would probably order from amazon to get prime shipping next time because I'm so impatient.

If you didn't already know, Sephora is currently having their spring beauty sale! It's one of the best times to shop because you get 10-20% off depending on what level of beauty insider you are. All tiers get access to the sale starting today, May 2 all the way through May 6. If you're a rouge member you get 20% off with code HEYROUGE, VIB members get 15% off with code HEYVIB, and insiders get 10% off with code HEYINSIDER. You can use these codes both in stores and online.
It's the perfect time to stock up on your makeup and skincare favorites just in time for summer! I gathered up a list of my top 10 must haves in case you need some new products to try. Let me know if there's any products I should try too!
MAKEUP
Dior Backstage Face & Body Foundation // This is the foundation I use every time I wear foundation. It comes in tons of shades so you're bound to find one that matches you perfectly. I wear 2WO (warm olive) and it matches me so well. It's very lightweight that I barely feel it on my skin, it's buildable coverage, and looks good all day. It also comes in a squeeze bottle so it's easy to get the foundation out. I'm hooked on this right now and don't see myself changing anytime soon.
Laura Mercier Glow Powder Setting Powder ( I use it with the Laura Mercier Glow Powder Brush) // I'm pretty sure I've talked about this powder before but just in case you missed it, I'll tell you again. This will make you G L O W! I fluff this onto all the high points of my face for a natural glowy look and if I want it more intense then I will go over the spots with my laura mercier highlighter. Don't forget to set it with some spray!!
Lancome Cils Booster XL // I got eyelash extensions at the beginning of the year because I felt like everyone had them and I needed to see what all the hype was about. While I loved some things about extensions (I would get them again) there were also some not so great things about it. Like what it did to my eyelashes. When all my extensions fell off they were a little stubbier. My theory is that the weight of the eyelash extensions makes your natural lashes fall off sooner, while new lashes are also growing in, making your lashes appear shorter. I'm probably totally off but whatever back to this eyelash primer... It's really good and I love that it makes my eyelashes appear longer and thicker.
Buxom Full-On Plumping Lip Cream // I'm a lipgloss girl, always have been and always will be. These buxom glosses are some of my favorite because they're more creamy than they are sticky and they also have lip plumping properties and feel cooling on my lips. The shade 'mudslide' is my go-to.
HAIR
T3 SinglePass 1.25" Curling Iron // I've tried many different curling irons and this has been my favorite one so far. I even bought a babylisspro curling iron last month because I was convinced by the amazing reviews that it would be just as good but obviously way cheaper. Don't get me wrong, the babylisspro is good - it makes beautiful loose curls (which I love), has many heat settings but it really let me down on curl longevity. The T3, on the other hand, has multiple heat settings, heats up very quickly, looks beautiful on my countertop, doesn't feel cheaply made, glides through my hair and most importantly my curls last! 100% worth the money and even better if you can get it on sale!
Ouai Memory Mist // This baby is a multitasker! This mist protects my hair from the damaging heat of my curling iron and helps hold my curls longer. It also smells amazing too, like everything from Ouai!
SKINCARE
Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen // I only recently got into wearing sunscreen on my face. I always knew that I should be wearing it to prevent premature aging but the thought of having to try several to find one that worked for me was very off-putting. I didn't have to do too much searching because Supergoop sent it to me a few months ago and I'm proud to say that I've used it just about every day! This is one of the best sunscreens I've EVER tried. Seriously. It feels so lightweight I can barely tell I'm wearing anything. It also makes my skin feel smoother and makes a great base for foundation. If you need a new sunscreen look no further!
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cannabis & Oat Dry Oil // I've been using this since it launched in February and it's been amazing for my skin. I stopped using my old favorite moisturizer (clinique) and completely replaced it for this oil. I have combination skin and this works well on the dry patches that I get on my face. I use it morning and night and still have around 3/4 of the oil left, so it lasts a long time.
Caudalie Brightening Glycolic Night Cream // This night cream is very creamy and thick and is so good for getting rid of dark spots! After I've applied my essence and oil I slather this cream on so it can work its magic while I sleep. After trying this and the essence I really want to try more from Caudalie! If you have any recommendations please comment and let me know.
Mario Badescu Rosewater Facial Spray // This is one of those products that I feel everyone loves and took me so long to try out. I've been using it as a makeup setting spray for the last few months and I love the way it makes my skin glow. It's also really good to mist on after a workout (tip: keep it in the fridge for a more refreshing + cooling feeling).
I'm always changing up my makeup products depending on the seasons. For the colder months, I gravitate towards products that will moisturize my skin and give it a nice glow. Last month I discovered an amazing duo from Laura Mercier that has kept my skin glowing, protected from the sun, natural and moisturized.
First is the most imporant part, the base. I use this oil to moisturize my skin after washing my face with this cleansing oil. Then I take my Laura Mercier illuminating tinted moisturizer and apply it all over my face with this sponge. I used to use the oil free version of this tinted moisturizer but I find this one is much prettier now that my skin is getting a little dry. A lot of times I'll skip concealer but this one is really good and only $7. To finish things off I will set my face with Laura Mercier's new glow translucent setting powder. It is seriously so beautiful! I highly recommend getting the glow brush - it's made specifically for applying the glow powder and it applies it like a dream to all the high points on your face.
I also wanted to mention that the 2 products I mentioned are 15% off right now and the best part? You get free shipping too! 😁
Thank you to Laura Mercier for gifting me these products!
I know the title of this post is a little dramatic but trust me guys these products are worth GOLD. Some of these I rarely hear people talk about and they are too good not to share, especially when you can find these products for under $10.
Next is my Sephora Collection #lipstories Lipstick. I have the shade matinee and it's a dusty, rose red. No one likes a lipstick that tugs along your lips as you're putting it on. This one is the complete opposite. It's SO creamy and glides on like a dream and the best part? It's only $8!! Go ahead and grab a few, you'll love them.
Up next is the Maybelline Fit Me Loose Finishing Powder. My go-to before this was the Rimmel stay matte powder (been using it since high school!) but I always wondered why my concealer always creased and never look as good as it could. Who would've thought this powder was the solution to all my problems... seriously. I dip THIS BRUSH (also under $10) into the powder to set my under eyes and t-zone and it works like magic. I don't know how I lived before this stuff.
We can't forget the setting mist! After dusting my face with setting powder I love going in with the Mario Badescu Rose Water Spray to melt the makeup into my skin and get rid of the powdery finish. Tip: Mist around the perimeter of your face to give your skin a glow in all the right spots.
My last pick is the Acure Blue Tansy Night Oil. I picked it up at TJMaxx for only $6. If you can't find it there then you can get it at Target for $12 - still an amazing buy. It's a pale blue color in the bottle but comes out clear. I live for face oils so I've tried a ton and believe it or not, not all oils are equally as moisturizing. This feels like a drink of water for my skin and ensures I wake up with a perfectly soft and moisturized face. I've read that it's a dupe for THIS oil - I always hear amazing things about that brand so I need to try it soon and let you guys know how they compare.
Let me know if you guys have tried or will be trying any of these!
Hi loves! Ever since Yves Saint Laurent Beauty gifted me this volupte tint-in-balm last month it's all I've been wearing on my lips. It's unlike any other lip product I own because it has a hint of color + moisturizing balm (the lip-shaped core) all in one. I have it in color #6. At first, it may look like it might be too bright red because it looks pretty vibrant in the tube but it's a balm after all so it's not meant to be very pigmented and it applies totally different on the lips(I promise!). Just one swipe and it leaves my lips looking pouty with a touch of red. It's absolutely gorgeous and the perfect amount of color for me! Of course, it also has their signature pomegranate scent that all their other volupte lipsticks have (😍). If you want to grab one for yourself I highly recommend this PINK LIP SET - it comes with the volupte tint in balm in #4 along with two other lip products! Or if nudes are more your thing, grab the NUDE version.
Thank you so much for reading! xoxo

In case you guys were curious as to what I picked up from the NSALE here it is. As easy as it is to go crazy with this sale I like to remind myself to only get a few things that I REALLY want and will get tons of wear from. Here are my picks!
First up are these VINCE CAMUTO booties. They are so cute and I can't get enough of this color for accessories/shoes. They are great quality and are on sale for under $100. I recommend you go up a half size because they do run small since they have a pointed toe.
Next is this textured stitch sweater from BP. I knew right away that I needed to get this sweater because it looked so comfy! When I got it in I wasn't disappointed, it's super soft and looks so cute on. Unfortunately, it's already sold out but it's possible that they'll restock. The leather jacket I'm wearing is not part of the sale but it's amazing if you're looking to invest in one!
These SPANX leggings I bought last year and absolutely love them! If you need a legging you can dress up these are for you too! They're called the faux leather legging but I wouldn't suggest them if you're looking for a faux leather look because, in my opinion, they don't look like leather. It's more of a shiny look. They're super sturdy and durable, and it's 1 year later and they're still looking great.
As you can see, leggings are a must have for me. I highly recommend these ZELLA high waist leggings to everyone, especially at the anniversary sale price. They are thick and such great quality. I get tons of questions about them whenever I wear them because they look that good. I've also read that they're comparable to Lululemon leggings, but I've never tried those so I can't say.
Lastly, I picked up a curling iron from T3. I've heard NOTHING but good things about all their products and I've seen tons of girls with amazing hair swear by their curling irons so I gave in and got one for myself. This is the cheapest I've been able to find this curling iron so highly recommend you grab one too if you've been curious about T3. I'm going to do a full review on it to see if it's worth the hype soon!
There are still a few more products that I missed out on and hoping they will get restocked, like these jeans from BLANKNYC and this LA MER set that I missed out on last year too.
One more thing I want to mention before I go is that my favorite eyelash growth serum is part of the sale!! It's such a steal because 1, it actually works and 2, you're getting one tube free!
That's all for today, thanks so much for reading! I love and appreciate all of you! xx
