Hey loves! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with all of your loved ones. I'm happy to be back with another outfit post. I bought this chunky turtleneck sweater a few months back and it's been one of my favorite sweaters. I seriously wear it allll the time. It fits oversized in just the right areas and it keeps me so warm. I wore it with some ripped jeans and ugg boots to be comfy and cozy out in the snow! We had our first snow a few weeks ago and I'm already waiting for our next one! Anyways, I'm happy to be back to blogging after a little break and I hope you guys continue following along with me into 2018! Keep reading for a special giveaway! xx

Waking up and making a hot cup of tea is one of my favorite morning rituals. Especially now that it's so cold out, there's nothing better than warming up while also enjoying a delicious drink. Today I'm sharing my take on the essentials you need for creating a coffee/tea station. It's super easy to create at home and you don't need a lot of space either - just a little corner in your kitchen. Keep reading to give your home that extra hygge factor that it's been missing.
❄ First, you need a coffee maker. I love this mini espresso machine or this keurig. If you're more of a tea drinker then you just need your favorite teas. Right now I'm loving chai and rooibos (Perfect for winding down in the evenings.)!
❄ A tiered tray to display all of your hot drink essentials. This is perfect for small spaces because you can just stack everything on it and place it in a corner of your kitchen. I love this marble tray but you can also use a galvanized tray. Then just use your tray to display all of your cute mugs, spoons, straws, teas, etc.
❄ If you prefer the look of a normal serving tray you can use that but I also love the look of wooden boxes like this. The key is to have all of your essentials grouped together to make it look extra cozy.
❄ You can't have a tea station without the cute mugs! I love this one and I recently bought this and this one.
❄ You'll also need lots of little containers to store your sugar, coffee pods, tea bags or loose tea. How adorable is this honey pot?!
❄ Lastly, don't forget to add little details like a beautiful print or fresh flowers. It gives your tea bar more personality and makes it feel more like home! I'm loving this print and this one.
This idea would also be perfect for a holiday party! Instead of a tea station, you can create a little hot cocoa corner. Just let your creativity flow and have fun with it.

Happy Friday loves! We got our first snow today and I couldn't be more excited!! We don't usually get snow this early, it usually comes (if at all) after December. So I finally had a chance to try on my black Friday purchases and take pictures for you guys!
First up are these UGG boots. I need a warm pair of boots to wear with leggings and casual outfits and these fit the bill perfectly. They are a little different from other UGGs because they have a slimmer design and look less bulky which I love. I got them in the mail on Wednesday and I've been wearing them every day because they are just so comfy!! I also picked up this to go with them. As for fit, I went up a half size because some reviews said they ran narrow.
Move over AG leggings jeans, 7FAM is my new favorite! I love a super fitted jean that is still stretchy and comfortable yet keeps its shape all day. These have all that and more. The distressing and wash are perfect and have quickly turned these into my everyday jeans. These fit true to size.
AQUA cashmere sweater (25% off with code FRIENDS)
If you're looking for some super soft and good quality cashmere sweaters try one of these! I loved the Black Friday price (under $60!) but wouldn't mind paying full price now that I've tried them. I bought mine in the heather brown color and it is a gorgeous neutral. It's super warm and a great layering piece. I got mine in size S and find the length to be perfect for leggings. THESE are my favorite leggings (Wearing them in the last photo!).
These jeans fit like a glove and I think they might be the most comfortable pair of jeans I've ever tried on! There's just one thing about them that is stopping me from ripping the tags off and keeping them... The knee rips. They hit me below the knees and I think it's a bit unflattering and looks weird. But maybe it's just me. Other than that they're amazing! For now, they'll just sit in my closet while I decide if I should keep or return. These fit true to size.
I didn't buy these last two items during the Black Friday sales but I figured I would show you guys anyways. This jacket is super soft and was under $35. I haven't worn it out yet but I know I'll be super warm whenever I decide to.
RUE21 boucle sweater (similar here)
Love love love this sweater! It's so cozy and the kind of sweater you just want to wear all day long. The length works great with leggings - these are my favorite.
Those are all of my most recent clothing purchases. What did you guys think?

Hey loves! White jeans are a spring and summer staple for me but I love wearing them year round. I think they're especially great in winter when we tend to reach for darker colors more often. They brighten up a dark winter outfit so well. I have 3 tips to help you style your white jeans this winter.
1. Add some faux fur! If you've been reading my blog for a while you know I love faux fur, especially the vest I'm wearing. I got so much wear out of it last year that I ordered another vest this year (I'll show it to you guys later this week!). A little faux fur is a perfect way to add some texture and warmth to your winter looks. I bought mine from Madewell but this one or this one are super similar and both under $100.
2. Wear over the knee boots. In my last post (You can find it here.) I talked about how otk boots are a must-have for winter. If you don't already own a pair, trust me, you need them! They are so versatile and you can rock them even if you're only 5'2 like me. They go so well with white jeans whether you choose to go with classic black or opt for a lighter shade like taupe or grey. I love how Caitlin of Southern Curls and Pearls styled hers here. One tip I have for those of you with smaller legs is to look for a pair that's adjustable around the thigh. That way you can adjust the tightness & they're not constantly falling down your legs. This pair from Asos is super similar and is adjustable around the thigh (& they just went on sale!).
3. Layer up! When wearing your white jeans in winter you'll want to go for a layered look to add warmth and keep things interesting. Pick your softest cashmere sweater and then your warmest coat. Add a chunky beanie, and your favorite blanket scarf and you're done. You turned your summer staple into a winter favorite! If you still haven't found a good pair of white jeans, try these. They're marked down a good bit and Hudson jeans are super comfortable and stretchy.
There you have it. I hope you enjoyed my 3 tips on how to style your white jeans into winter!
Talk to you guys soon. xx

Winter isn't officially here but December is and in my mind, that means the beginning of winter... Which means we'll be layered in our favorite cold weather accessories for the next few months. So I wanted to share 2 of my favorites that I'll be wearing on repeat this season.
First up is my black suede over the knee boots. These are surprisingly versatile! You can wear this style of boot with everything from jeans to dresses and you can dress them down (like I have) or up for a night out. There are so many options out there for OTK boots. I love this pair for a good budget-friendly option or this one. Or if you're willing to splurge this pair is a favorite of many! If you're not too sure about the style then you can buy a more affordable version just to see how it would fit in with your wardrobe and the amount of wear you'd get. Mine were under $50 and I've worn them SO much over the last year that I'm considering this pair or these.
The second must-have accessory is a plaid scarf. You guys know I love scarves! It instantly adds a cozy holiday feel to any winter outfit. For me, it adds the perfect pop of color because I live in neutrals. You can find a plaid scarf just about anywhere or you might already own one. I love this buffalo plaid one or this one (The boucle knit makes it extra cozy!) is super similar to mine. For more inspiration on how to style plaid scarves this winter check my Pinterest!
