Every year after my birthday and the end of August rolls around I get so excited for fall! (Okay, who am I kidding, I've been ready since June haha!) It's the best time of the year because the leaves change colors and I get to bundle up in my scarves and cardigans! It's still going to be a while until I can layer on my sweaters and scarves... So I like thinking of ways to incorporate my favorite fall pieces now while it's still hot. My favorite thing to wear lately is a pair of shorts, a cami and a lightweight cardigan. I can still be dressed for the heat but by wearing a cardigan I can stay warm inside cold restaurants and still look cozy. As for shoes, peep toe booties is the way to go! This way your feet still get to stay cool and you can show off your summer pedicure! Bonus points if you can find a perforated version like the one I'm wearing (they also come in tan and olive)!
