I've always been a huge fan of Louis Vuitton, not only because of their classic and timeless design but also because their canvas material is super durable. In my mind, you really can't go wrong with anything you choose and you can expect it to last for years! I knew I wanted to own a piece myself but it's a luxury brand so of course, it comes with a high price tag.
I did a little research and decided I'd start out with one of their small leather goods. I wanted something that I would get a lot of use out of so that I wouldn't feel bad shelling out all that money for such a small item. Around the end of last year, I already knew which piece I would buy but I kept putting it off because spending over $200 for a small wallet seemed ridiculous. My best tip for buying more expensive items is to not buy it right away and instead think about it for a few months. If you're still thinking about it after a couple months then buy it. But if you forget about it after a month then chances are you didn't want it that bad after all.
But I kept thinking about it for months so I finally bit the bullet and have been a proud owner of a monogram LV key pouch for 3 months now! I'm going to share 5 reasons why I love it and it's totally worth buying!
♥ This key pouch and my phone are all I need if I'm running errands or making a quick trip to the store.
♥ It may be small but it fits so many cards inside! Right now I have 6 cards along with a few coupons and I can still fit a lot more!
♥ It has a handy keychain where I can attach my house keys. I only have two keys on there so I can comfortably fit them inside along with my cards to keep them from scratching other things in my bag.
♥ It's smaller size allows me to fit it inside my small cross body bags with no problem! It also fits easily inside my jacket pockets!
♥ Besides being a wallet there are SO many uses for it! You can use it to neatly store your earbuds, elastics, and locker key for the gym. It fits a lipstick tube or small lipgloss. It's also good just to keep all of your spare change in.
This is hands down one of my favorite purchases this year! Now I'm already thinking about what my next LV piece will be! Let me know in the comments what your favorite LV bag/small leather good is! :)
Also, I'm curious if you guys prefer a regular sized wallet or a smaller one? I definitely love a smaller one because it helps me carry less and forces me to throw away my receipts haha. I linked some of my favorite ones down below! :)
Thanks for stopping by! xo
As you may have noticed, stores are stocking their fall merchandise right now. Even though I still won't be able to wear them for a few more weeks, I can't help but buy pieces now to wear later. It doesn't help that fall is my absolute favorite season to shop for! I love shopping for furry coats, leather jackets, fuzzy sweaters, hats, and ankle boots.
As I was browsing the Zara website I found so many amazing pieces that I just knew I wanted to share with you all right away! After all, the good stuff sells out quickly!! I've learned that the hard way haha. When I find something I love I purchase it right away or think it over for a day or two. There are so many good things right now that I can't decide what to buy. So far I've only bought a navy blue jacket (already sold out!!). Let me know which number(s) are your favorites! :)
1 // Black Mini Skirt with Buckle
2 // Satin Bejeweled Nude Heels
3 // Long Sleeve Bow Blouse
4 // Fluffy Jacket
5 // Pom Pom Earrings
6 // Star Crossbody Bag
7 // Black T-shirt Dress With Pearls
8 // Nude Sandals
9 // V-neck Dress with Pearl Details10 // Navy off the Shoulder Smocked Dress
11 // Double Breasted Navy Jacket
12 // Grey Pearl Velvet Sandals
13 // Black Ruffled Ankle Boots
I hope you all have a lovely weekend! xo

Every year after my birthday and the end of August rolls around I get so excited for fall! (Okay, who am I kidding, I've been ready since June haha!) It's the best time of the year because the leaves change colors and I get to bundle up in my scarves and cardigans! It's still going to be a while until I can layer on my sweaters and scarves... So I like thinking of ways to incorporate my favorite fall pieces now while it's still hot. My favorite thing to wear lately is a pair of shorts, a cami and a lightweight cardigan. I can still be dressed for the heat but by wearing a cardigan I can stay warm inside cold restaurants and still look cozy. As for shoes, peep toe booties is the way to go! This way your feet still get to stay cool and you can show off your summer pedicure! Bonus points if you can find a perforated version like the one I'm wearing (they also come in tan and olive)!
Thanks for reading loves! See you here tomorrow morning! :) xo

Yesterday me and my boyfriend celebrated my 23rd birthday in Blowing Rock, NC. We've never been there before so we thought a little exploring would be fun! We left bright and early in the morning and also stopped by Krispy Kreme for some birthday donuts (it's our little tradition now!). The weather was a good 10 degrees cooler and I loved it! They have the cutest little downtown area and a beautiful park nearby too! We were surprised by how busy and packed the town was on a Sunday morning! Not sure if that's the usual or maybe it had something to do with the eclipse but we'll definitely have to go back another time that's not as busy!
As you can see chocolate glazed donuts are my favorite! My boyfriend went with regular glazed.
I loved this trench I saw at the Tanger outlets. I didn't end up buying it but now I'm wishing I would've! This one is pretty similar!
Basil & mozzarella pizza from Mellow Mushroom was delicious!
That sums up my birthday! I had a wonderful time in the cutest mountain town with my favorite person in the world!

Happy Friday guys! Today I'm showing you another easy summer outfit featuring this ripped denim jacket. I'm surprised that it just now made it onto the blog considering how often I use it haha. My favorite way to wear is simply throwing it on over a t-shirt and leggings when I'm out running errands. The jacket pulls the whole look together and makes it look like I put some effort into my outfit. But in today's look, I wore it over a striped dress (same dress I wore in this post.). I also wore my white converse because I realized I had barely worn them this summer. I also love the look of sneakers with dresses! What do you guys think?
On another note, there are two days left until my birthday and I'm so excited! I'll be spending the day in the mountains with my boyfriend! I'll be in Blowing Rock, so if any of you have suggestions for places to eat or see I'd love to know! :)

1. & 2. may designs custom agenda | 3. gold turtle paper clip dish | 4. staedtler pens | 5. ban.do travel mug | 6. gold & white 2018 agenda | 7. blush bow pencil case | 8. gold pineapple dish | 9. marble journal | 10. gold pineapple pencil holder | 11. cat iphone sticker card holder
Today I'm sharing my favorite pens, agendas and the cutest desk decor with you all! This is perfect if you're headed back to school, or even if you're not and are just obsessed with colorful pens and planner stuff like me! :)
Agendas
My favorite agenda and the one I'm currently using is the spotted one from May Designs. It's thin and compact so it doesn't take up much space in my bag or my desk. Another important feature is that it has a monthly view as well as weekly. The monthly view is so handy for planning out my blog posts while the weekly view helps me keep up with daily tasks. These are also super customizable! You can pick from 3 different sizes, tons of patterns, different layouts, and even add your monogram! Numbers 1 & 2 are both from there! Ban.do does really fun and cute agendas too (they even come with a sticker page!).
Pens
I am a total pen addict! I love using colorful pens in my notebooks and agendas so I'm always trying new ones. I bought these MUJI gel pens from Amazon last week and they are amazing! They write so smooth, don't bleed and don't skip. One thing to note though, the listing says they are 0.38mm but the ones I received are 0.5mm. I'm thinking they must've been mixed up because the bag they came in also said 0.38mm... but I still LOVE them and would repurchase! Staedtler triplus fineliners are my other favorite! They don't dry out if I forget to put the cap back on which is HUGE because I always forget haha. They write pretty fine and I prefer them over my Stabilos!
Desk Decor
I love this gold pineapple dish! Right now I'm using it to keep my most worn watches and bracelets on my desk. I love anything gold and shiny so when I saw this turtle dish from Target I fell in love! It will go perfectly with all my other gold stuff on my desk! (Anthro is selling a similar one that is $1 less!) Also, how cute is this pencil case that I found at the rack!?

Lately, I find myself reaching for a silky cami and a pair of shorts almost every day! It keeps me cool in this sticky summer heat and I can easily layer on a light jacket or cardigan. I've been slowly growing my collection of camisoles because it's the perfect closet basic. (I did a post on my favorite silk camisoles a few weeks ago!) You can easily dress them up or down and wear them all year long! Now I just need to find one with lace trim, this one is super cute and the color is great for fall!
The one I'm wearing in the photos is super affordable at only $13! I bought it in both the white and pink colors. I paired it with my Zara denim shorts, they are super comfortable and I love how distressed they are. I also wore my coral cross body bag which is one of my favorite purchases from the Zara summer sale! Let me know in the comments what your go-to summer outfit is! :)
Thank you for stopping by! I hope you all are having a lovely Monday! xo

Black jeans are a staple in my closet because not only can they be worn year round but they go with everything! Recently I bought this washed black pair with rips instead of going with my usual choice from Topshop. They fit really well and I'm in love with the rip details! I can't wait to style them for the upcoming months! In case you love Topshop jeans, they make a super similar pair here. I wore my favorite off white cami and a lightweight ribbed cardigan. The latter is a must when all stores and buildings have their ac on blast!
Let me know which is your favorite brand of black jeans in the comments below!

Happy Tuesday friends! Today I'm sharing three things I always do to every single one of my blog images to help improve SEO. SEO is short for search engine optimization and this can directly affect your ranking in search engines. You want to make sure you stay on top of your SEO game so that your blog stays visible to search engines and people are able to find your content organically. There are so many ways to improve your SEO but for today I'll be focusing on three simple things you can do to give your posts a search boost. Let's get started!
Keywords
SEO is all about KEYWORDS! Not only should you be using them in your posts but it's super important to use them when naming your photos. Since search engines can't actually see your photos, they rely on keywords to know what's going on in the photo. A photo named 'IMG_2017_08' doesn't tell google anything about what's going on in the photo, therefore, it's not going to perform well in search results. When I rename my outfit photos I like including the brands I'm wearing, or which season the outfit would be appropriate for. If I'm doing a review on a beauty product, I make sure to include the word 'review' along with the name of the product.
ALT Text
This stands for alternative text. You should use this space to write a description of what's going on in your image. Like I said before, search engines can't actually see your photos so they rely on this description to help users find the most relevant information. I like using the same keywords I used to name my photos to fill this in.
Image Size
My last tip is to always resize your images. Huge image files will make your blog load a lot slower and loading time can have a big impact on your SEO. The quicker your website loads the better it will rank in search results. I find that keeping your image width anywhere from 600-1000 pixels works really well.
See you guys tomorrow with another outfit post!

That's all for today lovelies! Now I'm going to go make breakfast, plan out my birthday and watch some youtube videos! I hope you all have a wonderful Monday!
